Well Wednesdays logoTraditionally, Wednesday afternoons are dedicated to University sport. With no lectures time-tabled for most students, our sportsmen and women play for their teams at all levels - from British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) tournaments to intramural competitions.

But what about everybody else? We want to take Wednesdays one step further and help everyone at the University, staff and students, make Wednesday a wellness day and do something positive for their health and well-being.
