Gordon is an international rowing coach with accreditation for New Zealand, Great Britain and Colombia. He has coached several World and Olympic champions. He is an international rower himself with several age group national and world best times to his name. He has also coached and played sport at a very high level in Basketball and Squash. His main priority is always the positive development of the athlete to achieve their visions and dreams. In his eyes the athlete comes first.
Matt's background has always never been far away from Sport. Having graduated from Southampton with a Sports and Business degree he has worked in two very large London FE establishments in Croydon and Kingston. An experienced Sports Development Officer and also a qualified teacher, Matt's passion for working with young people in Sport and education has combined to positive effect and this is the driving force behind his ambitions.
Matt loves sport and is an avid Brighton FC supporter!

Jenny is responsible for the administration for the Sport Development office and works closely with Matt in maintaining the High Performance programme. Bristol born and bred, her working career has led her to travel the world but now enjoys working in a sporting environment.
In her youth, Jenny was a county champion gymnast and keeps up her fitness by attending exercise classes and using the gym.

Nina qualified as a physiotherapist from McGill University, Montreal, Canada in 1999. Nina has been treating sport and musculoskeletal injuries in the private sector since then, and is also the lead clinician for TASS, EIS and High Performance Squad athletes at Bristol University. Nina keeps fit rock climbing (and even contributes articles to CLIMB magazine) swimming, cycling and strength training.

Charlie qualified as a physiotherapist in 2001 and holds a MSC in Sport and Exercise. She worked extensively in the NHS before moving to the private sector. She currently holds the honorary position of Chief Physiotherapist for British University and Colleges Sports (BUCS). Charlie has also worked with England Student Rugby, elite figure skating, fencing and judo, and has worked at multiple BUCS Championships and the World University Games in 2011. Charlie stays fit running, dancing, aerial hooping and Nordic walking.
