Sport, Exercise and Health at the University of Bristol offer a wide range of memberships designed to help you to get the most from your leisure time.
We don't just offer memberships for students and staff, we are also open to members of the public and offer external memberships (pdf 1.6 MB) to suit your lifestyle and fitness level.
You can choose from our fabulous health and fitness suite 'The Pulse', try an Exercise to Music class, use the free weights gym, squash courts or have a leisurely swim in the swimming pool.
We have highly qualified professional staff on hand who are friendly and available at all times to offer help and advice at all levels on exercise, nutrition and health.
If you're not motivated to exercise or you're just bored of your existing routine we can help improve your enthusiasm to exercise. So why not pop in to the Indoor Centre have a chat with our friendly staff and have a look around our facilities. We have a lot to offer and our team will motivate you to get fit and stay healthy.

Members can book seven days in advance in person for the sports hall and squash courts. You will be required to pay the full hire charge if less than 24 hours notice of cancellation is given.
Taught classes you can book six days in advance in person.
Tennis Centre members can book eight days in advance in person or over the phone. You will be required to pay the full hire charge if less than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given.
