At this stressful time of the year, when exams and revision take hold, it's all too easy to forget to look after your body and mind. Taking a bit of time to relax, refuel and refresh yourself isn't time lost to studying. Rather it can help you study more effectively.
A range of partners across the university have collaborated to offer support and guidance to help you through this time. Supported financially by the Alumni Foundation a number of activities, forms of guidance and offers of support are available.
