Those who hold sports passes will receive further information regarding this via email shortly.

Unfortunately, we will not be permitted to resume our indoor exercise to music programme until 17th May. We will continue to provide access to both live and on-demand fitness sessions through our Active Online programme (via the S.E.H App) and will be resuming our outdoor based exercise sessions at Coombe Dingle from 12th April.
