Booking rooms for social events
The Staff Club has its own rooms and facilities and also utilises dual-purpose space provided by The Hawthorns.

Booking Staff Club rooms
The Staff Club rooms and facilities can be used by club members without charge during the Hawthorns' standard business hours, but can be booked (for club activities) by groups registered with the Staff Club at other times.
If you wish to book any of the Staff Club facilities please contact the Staff Club.
Booking dual-purpose rooms
The dual-purpose rooms must be pre-booked, and where appropriate, room hire charges will apply. To enquire about the availability of the dual-purpose spaces, please email conference-office@bristol.ac.uk
