Allotment Gardening Group
Description

This group aims to provide a forum for information, tips and help for allotment gardeners, or for anyone growing food in their own garden. The group encourages sustainable food production, and welcomes gardeners of all ages and abilities.
Once the group is established, we hope to be able to put a big enough order together to benefit from discount on the bulk purchase of high-quality seeds.
Programme of events
We meet twice a term. We hope to visit to a model allotment or a famous vegetable garden with a strong organic ethic at some point during the Spring or Summer. Occasionally guest speakers will be invited to meetings. The club will hold surplus produce sales during the growing season.
