Creative Writing Group

Description

This club is intended for anyone who is interested in developing their creative writing skills. It provides a friendly and supportive atmosphere for anyone who wants to practice and enjoy their writing, whatever their aims are and whatever the writing experience is.

Programme of events

The group meets every Monday during term time from 6.00pm to 7.45pm in the Staff Club Lounge at the Hawthorns (not on bank holidays). The group is currently taking a 'winter break', but will be reconvening on a weekly basis from Monday January 13th onwards.

Special Events

We generally have two or three guest speakers a year - published writers, people involved in publishing etc. None scheduled for 2014 at present.
