Monday class with Jenny Jones
We will cover a range of yoga postures (asanas), with some work towards inversions (head and shoulder stands). There will be a chance to do some recuperative postures and relaxation with attention to breathing.
Tuesday and Thursday class with Jess Wallwork
The emphasis will be on learning the basic asanas, starting with the standing poses, and there will be encouragement to develop a personal (home) practice.
Health
If you have any questions about your suitability for the classes or health issues you need to discuss - in particular if you have recently had surgery, a severe illness or other medical condition or injury (especially spine or neck related) - it is essential that you email the relevant class teacher before the classes begin: Jenny or Jess.
