Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing (TMW)

We are a small and friendly group who meet to learn and practise mindfulness through movement. All welcome, no experience needed.
With its origins in Tai Chi and Chi Kung, TMW is a simple sequence of gentle movements which promote physical and emotional wellbeing. Working with, rather than against, the natural movement of our body, it can help calm our minds to deal with the stress of modern life, while gently energising us, improving our balance and helping manage pain and long-term conditions.
With all classes offered on a drop-in basis, join us and our qualified teacher to enjoy "a little oasis of calm" in the middle of a busy working week.
