Staff Development Priorities for 2011/12

Following an evaluation of our strategy (July 2011), all effort and resources will be directed towards the following three strategic areas during 2011/12.

Our Action

Corporate staff development activity between 2010/11 and 2012/13 (described as year 1,2 or 3) is grouped into one of 12 activity areas and prioritised under each of these six strategic challenges:

Staff Development Managers will work more closely with allocated Personnel Managers, and other professional faculty support staff such as Finance and RED colleagues, to support faculty development advice and planning.

Our Resources

Staff Development employs 9.45 full time equivalent staff.  The depth and breadth of this experience and knowledge is outstanding.  Skills and experience will be flexibly used  where it can deliver the most impact on the six Staff Development Strategic Priorities.
