You are allowed to attend up to a maximum of six courses per six-month period. The periods are August to January and February to July each year.

Course costs

There is no booking fee for courses, however, please note our fees for late cancellation and non-attendance fees below.

Late Cancellation and non-attendance

A non-attendance fee will be charged to your department if:

Current late cancellation/non-attendance fees

The late cancellation/non-attendance fee is £50 per course and will automatically be deducted from your department's budget. This fee goes towards covering our administrative, catering and tutor costs.

If you need to cancel your place on a course, you must let us know by Email: at least five complete working days prior to the start time of the course. Course cancellations must be submitted by email; we will not accept cancellations over the phone. If you are unable to cancel your place on a course directly with us, please ask someone to cancel your place for you. This will ensure that you are not charged a late cancellation fee.

In order to ensure a fair system,  please do not send someone to a course in your place, as there may be others waiting to attend in the event of a cancellation.
