Men’s Self Defence (Level 1) Workshop
Date: 18th August
Time: 10:30-12:00
Personal safety is not just a women's issue, it affects men too. In fact, men are twice as likely to be a victim of a violent attack as women. Complementing our Women's Self Defence Workshops, this session offers men the opportunity to learn successful strategies to reduce the risk of becoming a potential victim. In the unlikely event of finding yourself in the wrong place at the wrong time, faced with having to defend yourself physically, this dynamic workshop will empower you to make a tactically informed and hopefully successful escape. Available to all male members of staff, sign up here.

Each session will last approximately one hour, followed by an extra hour if people would like to stay to go over anything or ask questions.
