New Head of School Induction Programme
The New Head of School Induction Programme incorporates a range of activities to help new HoSs prepare for their roles by gaining information and knowledge, learning or refreshing management skills, accessing ongoing support and developing a greater awareness of leadership capacities.
The New HoS Induction Programme encompasses:
- Financial management support and advice
- A facilitated training day on departmental management, plus support on the leadership aspect of your role.
- An invitation to induction briefing sessions with key colleagues from across the University.
This is offered in conjunction with all of the other training and development activities that are described on this website.
