Christopher Frederick Edwards Bursary

As part of its widening participation strategy, and as a result of a generous donation in memory of a former student, the University of Bristol is able to offer an entrance bursary of £500 to a new undergraduate student in the school of Dentistry for their first year of study.

The bursary will be available to applicants who:

• Have not previously studied at degree level
• Have received an offer of a place to study in the School of Dentistry
• Intend to take up the offer if they achieve the specified conditions
• Is assessed by their funding provider (Student Finance England, Student Finance Wales, Student Finance Northern Ireland or SAAS) to have a household income of £25,000 or less.
• Are assessed as having academic potential
