Accommodation

University-allocated accommodation

Apply for accommodation as soon as you have accepted your offer of a conditional or unconditional place on a programme and your department has recorded your acceptance.

The application will remain open until October. The deadline for meeting the accommodation guarantee was 30 June 2018. You can still apply after this date; but we can't guarantee you an offer of accommodation. Accommodation offers were sent out from mid-June and usually within two weeks of applying for accommodation.

If you have applied for accommodation but not received your offer within two weeks, please contact the Accommodation Office.

How to accept your offer

  • You will receive an email with your accommodation offer.
  • You must accept the offer within the deadline.
  • You must pay a reservation fee to accept your offer.

You can find full details of the offers process and fees you need to pay on the Accommodation Office website.

After you have accepted your offer

After you have accepted your offer, you will receive an online induction to life in our residences within a week. After you have completed this induction you can book an arrival slot at your residence. Visit the accommodation guide for your residence for details of your moving in day. You can also see what's planned for welcome week and who your residence team are.
