Help desks

During Welcome Week (Sunday to Friday, 10am-5pm) Help desks are located at:

The desks are there to help with any queries including directions, registration and student matters in general.

The Hawthorns helpdesk has additional information and stands, including the University travel and transport stand and a Bristol SU stand.

The University travel and transport stand includes:

  • a free cycle clinic, open Monday to Friday 10 am to 3 pm.
  • a cycle lock and light sale.
  • a sustainability stand, open Monday to Friday 11 am to 2 pm. 
  • a Travelwest stand, open Tuesday and Thursday.

The Bristol SU stand will have Bristol SU merchandise available and information on the SU. This stand is open from Monday to Thursday 9 am to 4 pm.
