Regional taster day

Our Regional Taster Days provide students with the opportunity to attend stimulating taster lectures, experiencing what it might be like to study at the University of Bristol.

Sessions will be delivered by leading academics from various fields so that students can explore the range of subjects available at the University. The day will also provide essential guidance on applying to university, information on what the University of Bristol looks for in an exceptional personal statement and an opportunity to talk to current students about their experiences.

Students can select their area of academic interest and will attend lectures on either STEM courses or programmes within Social Sciences, Law and Arts and Humanities.

The 2018 Taster Days will be held at three different locations over four dates:

Newcastle: Monday 18th June at Newcastle United Football Stadium, St James' Park

London: Friday 22nd June at The Royal Institution

Manchester: Tuesday 26th June at The Studio in the Northern Quarter
