You will spend your third year abroad in a German-speaking environment, which will enable you to refine your language skills and cultural knowledge.

Both departments have an impressive reputation for teaching and research. This degree provides a wide range of options that allow you to pursue your own interests in both fields. You will have access to the Bristol School of Modern Languages' state-of-the-art multimedia centre.
