We need to know about any academic qualifications you have achieved that are not listed in your application, and any qualifications you will be taking in the current year.

If we have requested predicted grades, these should be sent to us by your referee with your UCAS personal ID number. We cannot accept predicted grades directly from you. We will include instructions on how to do this in our email requesting predicted grades.

Qualifications taken in the UK

Each course information page states the typical entry requirements for the most common qualifications.

A-levels

A-levels already achieved: Please upload copies of your A-level certificates to your applicant dashboard.

A-levels to be taken this year: If you are taking A-levels this year, please ask your referee to provide predicted grades for each subject.

If you are completing resits, please ask your referee to let us know your previous results as well as predicted grades for your resits. If you are resitting at a different school/college or as a private candidate, you can tell us your previous results yourself.

International Baccalaureate Diploma

IB already achieved: Please upload a copy of your IB Diploma, showing subjects taken and overall score, to your applicant dashboard.

IB to be taken this year: Your referee should provide your predicted grades for each subject, as well as the predicted overall diploma grade. If you are completing resits, please ask your referee to let us know your previous results as well as predicted grades for your resits. Please make sure your referee specifies which subjects are Higher level and Standard level.

Qualifications made up of a variety of modules

These are qualifications such as the BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma, Access to HE or foundation degrees. We need to know the exact name of your qualification (eg the pathway you are on) and which modules/units you are taking.

BTEC/other qualification already achieved: Please upload a copy of your transcript and/or certificate to your applicant dashboard.

BTEC/other qualification to be taken this year: Your referee should provide your predicted final grades for each module, as well as the predicted overall grade. If you have an interim transcript, please upload it to your applicant dashboard.

Degrees

Degree already achieved: please upload a copy of your final transcript listing units and results to your applicant dashboard.

Degree study ongoing or to be completed this year: Please provide details of units studied and grades achieved to date by uploading an interim transcript. Your referee should provide predicted grades for the units you are taking this year, and an overall final grade for your degree.

Please also upload copies of your post-16 qualifications (GCSEs, A-levels or equivalent qualifications).

Qualifications taken outside the UK

If your qualifications are from outside the UK, please see our country-specific information.

We list international qualifications under the country from which they originate, so this may not be the country you are actually studying in.

Qualifications already achieved: Please upload to your dashboard copies of certificates for academic qualifications already achieved from age 16. An informal translation (for example, provided by your school) will be helpful if it is not clear what the subjects are, or the level (advanced/standard).

Qualifications to be taken this year: Please upload an interim transcript if you have one showing previous year’s examination results if taken. An informal translation (for example, provided by your school) will be helpful if it is not clear what the subjects are, or the level (advanced/standard).

The information you provide must include:

· the name of your qualifications, examination dates and examination boards;

· major subjects;

· any English language qualifications you are taking or have taken;

· any resits you expect to take.

If your qualification offers different levels of study, we need to know:

· which subjects you are studying at the higher/advanced level;

· which subjects you are studying at the standard level.

International foundation programmes

IFP already achieved: Please upload a copy of your certificate and/or transcript showing subjects and grades to your applicant dashboard.

IFP being taken this year: Please upload an interim transcript if you have one. In all cases, we need to know:

· the name of your international foundation programme (IFP);

· the stream you are taking (if applicable);

· the modules you are studying.

Please check that you have correctly entered the institution and the title of your course.

If we have asked for your predicted final grade(s), please ask your referee to send predictions for each module as well as your overall grade.

Whether your IFP is achieved or being taken this year, please also upload copies of the qualifications you achieved after the age of 16, before starting your IFP. If you do not have the certificates with you, please list your 16 to 18 qualifications, and upload the list to your applicant dashboard
