Campus tours

Our student-led campus tours run throughout the year. You will be able to visit central University buildings and facilities and ask a current student first-hand about their experience of studying at Bristol.

Essential information:

  • Tours last for up to two hours and include some steps and hills.
  • Accessible tours are available for visitors with restricted mobility or wheelchair users.
  • Campus tours are led by current undergraduate students.
  • Tour gives an overview of the campus and University buildings so they are suitable for prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Book your place

Campus tours have been cancelled for the remainder of the spring term in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus). This webpage will be updated when we have more information about when tours will resume.

Find out more about our virtual events and tours.

Our tours offer you an overview of the University campus, facilities and a sample of student accommodation. The tours are not subject specific, so you won't be able to visit academic departments or meet with admissions tutors.

Disabled access

The University has teamed up with AccessAble to provide you with detailed information about the accessibility of our facilities.

Self-guided walking tour

If you are unable to make one of our open days, open afternoons or campus tours, you can take a self-guided tour, narrated by current students.
