Phase 3: Consultation
During February and early March 2010 the team consulted with staff. The team had already met with senior groups of staff, including the Deans and Faculty Managers, Heads of Schools/Departments and School/Departmental Managers as well as the Resource Managers group. Consultation with the Joint Consultative & Negotiating Committee was ongoing. There was a series of six open all-staff meetings and all university staff were invited to attend.
