Requesting data

Requests for data or analyses from SWCCRR, or for access to biological samples for research, should be made in writing to the Chair of the Board of Directors Professor Mike Stevens at the address found on the contacts page.

Data security

SWCCRR is a member of the UK Association of Cancer Registries (UKACR) and will follow the procedures adopted by that group when releasing data. Great care is taken to ensure the confidentiality and security of the records. All individuals requesting access to SWCCRR data will be asked to complete a written declaration relating to data security and confidentiality.

The group is covered by the University of Bristol's registration under the Data Protection Act.
