NOTICE TO MEMBERS OF FORTHCOMING INDUSTRIAL ACTION BALLOT
Higher Education
The Union intends to conduct a ballot for industrial action of All Higher Education Members. The ballot is in relation to a trade dispute over Pay & Conditions claim submitted to the Joint National Committee for Higher Education Staff (the "Unions' New JNCHES Claim"), including all matters arising out of and in consequence of this dispute.
Voting papers will be sent out on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2012.

BALLOT CLOSES AT NOON ON THURSDAY, 11TH OCTOBER 2012
The names of the members to be balloted are available at the Regional Office, Bristol. If you are entitled to vote in the ballot please check that you are on the list and that your address is accurately recorded by contacting Chantal.
