Committee Servicing

Secretariat

The Committee Secretariat team comprises the following:

• Head of Committee Secretariat
• Planning and Committees Officer
• Senior Secretary

Our team is integral to the Planning Office which forms part of the  wider Strategic Planning and Projects Division.  The Division as a whole is headed up by the Director of Strategic Projects, Mrs Claire Nuttall and the Director of Planning and Deputy Secretary, Dr Helen Galbraith / Dr Rachel Hooper (maternity cover).

We provide governance support and advice to staff and the senior management team and are responsible for overseeing the constitutional operation of the University as a whole by servicing key University Committees. We are supported by the Registrar and University Secretary.
