- The chief academic officer of the University responsible for leading academic strategy and realising the academic ambition of the University

- Development of financial strategy with particular responsibility for academic budgets, estate priorities, and oversight of capital projects

Registrar and Chief Operating Officer
The Support Services are headed by the Registrar and Chief Operating Officer (COO), whose key roles are:
- responsibility for the overall direction and co-ordination of Support Services, with the exception of Finance Services which is led by the Finance Director
- working with the senior executive team to formulate the University's overall aims and objectives
- leading major projects
Lynn Robinson, Deputy Registrar (Education and Students)
The Deputy Registrar (Education and Students) has overall responsibility for five divisions of Support Services and reports to the Registrar:
- Academic Registry
- Residential and Hospitality Services
- Sport, Exercise and Health
- Student Recruitment, Access and Admissions
- Student Services and Employability
Finance Director
The Finance Director has overall responsibility for the management and reporting of the University's finances.
