A new campus for Bristol
We're planning to build a new £300 million campus at Temple Meads.

Our plans, the planning process, the site and its setting, transport and how you can get involved in shaping the new campus.
The Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus will give us opportunities to work with the city, create jobs and celebrate Bristol culture. The development will turn an eyesore into a green, open campus that benefits the whole city.
Our new campus will concentrate on educating postgraduate students, attracting top talent from across the UK and around the world.
We’re talking with communities, businesses and the Council to shape our plans, which include landmark buildings for postgraduate teaching, learning and collaboration. Work here will focus on digital technologies, the innovation they drive and and how they're used by people, organisations and industry.
We’ll also expand our successful Engine Shed enterprise hub and build a new student village together with improvements to the public realm, including new cycle and pedestrian links to the surrounding area and high-quality landscaping.
Have your say
Feedback from the first phase of our consultation in June and July is helping to shape our proposals. We want to hear what you think about our updated plans before we submit an outline planning application later this year.
The first phase of consultation has now closed but there will be more opportunities to share your feedback as the project develops by contacting us at email@example.com.
We will build a (largely) postgraduate campus that’s at the forefront of digital and business research, education, skills and innovation.
Our building designs will be forward-thinking and socially conscious.
We will put economic, social and environmental sustainability at the heart of our campus.
We will create new public walking, cycling and bus routes, and encourage staff and students to leave their cars at home.
We will work with local communities, employers, and public services to create a campus that’s embedded in the life of the city.
