The Bristol Veterinary School is located in the village of Langford, North Somerset, 14 miles south-west of Bristol.
How to find us
From the North
Leave the M5 at Junction 21 and take the A370 signposted to Bristol. In Congresbury turn right at the first set of traffic lights and follow the road (B3133) signposted to Cheddar and Churchill. The entrance to the Bristol Veterinary School is approximately three miles on the left.
From the South West
Leave the M5 at Junction 22 and take the A38 towards Bristol Airport. Turn left onto the B3133 and take the first exit on the mini roundabout onto Stock Lane. The entrance to the Bristol Veterinary School is on your right.
The nearest railway station is Yatton (about four miles from Langford). The remainder of the journey is by taxi, which it is advisable to book in advance (see below).
There are national and international flights to Bristol Airport which is about five miles from Langford. The remainder of the journey is by taxi. From London (Heathrow) Airport, there are connecting coach services either direct to Bristol Bus and Coach Station, or to Reading from where there is a connecting rail service to Bristol Temple Meads.
The U2 is a new service runs hourly between the main campus in Bristol and Langford, between 8am and 6pm, on weekdays all year round, except Bank Holidays and between Christmas and New Year. All University of Bristol Vet School students will recieve a free bus pass (mTicket) for unlimited travel on the Unibus U2 service.
