Our Teaching is on the Veterinary Science BVSc Programme, Veterinary Science: Accelerated Graduate Entry Programme, Veterinary Nursing and Companion Animal Behaviour BSc, and the MSc in Global Wildlife Health and Conservation.

Our Research Impacts animal management practices and legislation, and includes public engagement and knowledge transfer to improve animal welfare. Our impact cases were scored as world-leading in the UK’s most recent Research Excellence Framework assessment (REF2021).

We Have Access to Unique On-Site Research Facilities including the Centre for Innovation Excellence in Livestock (CIEL) Poultry Research Farm, the John Oldacre Centre Farm Platform, and a 3T MRI.
