Reset UOB Password

Welcome to the self-service password reset system

This service is provided ONLY for use by current staff, honorary staff, and students of the University of Bristol.

This service will use information you may have already provided to the University in order to verify your identity:

  • your personal (non-University) email address
  • your mobile phone number (if you have given this to the University)

This system requires at least a personal email address to be stored on your staff or student record. If we have a mobile phone number on record for you, you will need to provide this too.

You will find that if you have NOT provided the information, or if it is out-of-date or inaccurate, you will not be able to use this system to reset your password.

You will also need to provide your University username (or your student number, if you are a student).

If you are unable to reset your password using this system, please contact the IT Service Desk for assistance.

If you know your current UOB password already, please use the change my password web form and not this system.
