Areas of expertise |
My main areas of interest are in nutrition and environmental epidemiology. My main focus at present is on an evaluation of NHS guidance in pregnancy on foods to avoid or limit in order to minimise exposure to toxic metals such as mercury, lead and arsenic. More broadly I'm interested in diet in pregnancy and early years, especially in picky eating in preschoolers and on dietary precursors of childhood obesity.
