Description including Unit Aims

This unit enables students to reflect on and improve skills practised on placement. Students are encouraged to understand the theoretical base for a particular practice approach and to be critical in its application. Students will practice and learn a range of skills and interventions, and their impact and effectiveness. Students will also be encouraged to think about their professional role within organisations and structural factors that encourage or inhibit change.
