The Unit consist of 16 lecture-based teaching sessions that cover modern research in 4 areas of cardio-vascular physiology: physiology of the heart, physiology of blood vessels, cardio-vascular homeostasis and molecular methods in cardio-vascular medicine. A special emphasis is placed on the use of molecular and systems approaches.
