The academic session is spent at a French-medium university, studying a range of law units according to a jointly approved programme.
By the end of the unit, a successful student will have studied French law at a French university in the native language, undertaking units not taken at the University of Bristol.
On this basis, students should:
(i) have improved their fluency in French language; (ii) be able to explain in French key principles of French law; and (iii) have gained a grounding in key elements of French law and the French legal system.
