Description including Unit Aims

The unit will cover: foundations of commercial law; contract structures; theoretical foundations; codification; topics in the law of agency; problems in domestic sales I - bulk goods; problems in domestic sales II - retention of title; international sale of goods - cif and fob contracts; financing of international trade; assignment and receivables financing; commercial credit and security - real security and personal security.
