To give delegates an integrated view of, and training in, how to get any work done more effectively by the application of Programme Management principles. On completion of the module, delegates should have: An understanding of how the separate elements of work interrelate; An understanding of how to apply Programme management, and other, principles to all work within the business; An opportunity to practise those principles against the clock; A view of work from other people&�s perspectives; Evidence of how well integrated work can reduce costs and increase return on investment.
