Students take the equivalent of 40 credit points with a partner institution abroad, where courses are taught in English.
The precise content of this unit will vary on an individual basis dependent on the host institution the student opts to study at.
The aim of the unit is to provide a student with an opportunity to study at a leading institution outside the UK whilst also providing the cultural experience of living and studying in another country.

Assessment will clearly depend on the host institution and the units of study selected. Students will normally be expected to select units of study at a level equivalent to University of Bristol Level 6. The mark for this unit will be derived solely from the translation of the marks achieved at the host university via algorithms agreed by the University of Bristol.
