The course aims to develop a good knowledge of the main psychological and sociological theories relating to the nature and functioning of organisations and the behaviour of people within them. This course is specifically designed to provide an awareness of the human dimensions irrigating and affecting organisations. We do so by providing the students with the approaches needed to diagnose organisational situations and manage change in organisations.

One written assignment of 3000 words. The assignment will demonstrate whether students have developed a good knowledge of the main organisational behaviour theories by applying them to a case study. Furthermore, the ability to diagnose organisational problems and recommend solutions will also be demonstrated by critically engaging with existing organisational behaviour theories and practices.
