Aims:
Application of mathematics to real industrial problems in the context of a small-group project
On successful completion of this unit students will:
Introductory communication skills and team working sessions.
Regular seminar-style meetings with project advisor.
Short project 1 & 2 written reports: 20% each (learning outcomes 1 & 2)
Long project written report: 40% (learning outcomes 1 & 2)
Short project presentation: 10% (learning outcome 3)
Long project presentation: 10% (learning outcome 3)
