‘Nucleus’ projects start to come into focus

4 June 2008

Latest information on 'Nucleus', a group of student-centred projects in the University's main precinct.

A large proportion of the University's capital investment programme is aimed at enhancing students' experience of living and learning at Bristol. 'Nucleus' is the collective name given to a group of student-centred projects in the University's main precinct.

These projects include a new library and learning centre and a new building to accommodate the Students' Union.

Nucleus is at a relatively early stage, although students, staff and external advisers have given a great deal of thought to what is required, how it could be funded and what the knock-on effects will be.

The latest information is available on the Nucleus website, which will be updated regularly.
