Apply now for the UKIERI Study India Programme 2014

12 May 2014

Undergraduates interested in living and working in India can apply for this year’s UKIERI Study India Programme.

This three-week, government-sponsored programme teaches UK undergraduates what it is to live, work and study in the megacities of Delhi and Mumbai. The immersive experience includes special guest lectures, school and university visits, cultural activities, and a one-week internship with a commercial company or NGO.

All accommodation, tuition, food and local transportation costs are covered. Students only have to pay for their international flights, visa and travel insurance. The programme dates this year are 17 August to 5 September or 24 August to 12 September.

The UKIERI Study India Programme is delivered by IndoGenius, a Delhi-based organisation established to enhance international interactions with India through education and research. The 2014 programme is supported by the UK India Business Council, Heriot-Watt University and the University of Delhi.

For more information, come to the Study India Workshop, Monday 19 May, 3-5pm in the Old Council Chamber, Wills Memorial Building, or visit the Study India website.
