Personal profile

Alice holds a Teaching Associate position and is currently completing a doctoral research project. Her research is situated in Organisation Studies and Critical Management Studies. It draws on feminist theories of care to explore the ethico-political practices of ‘alternative’ forms of organisation, which place issues of social and ecological justice before the profit imperative. Alice is also interested in visual and participatory research methods. She is an active member of ARCIO (Action Research and Critical Inquiry in Organisations) and organises a participatory action research reading group for SWDTC PhD students.
