Roseanne is a Lecturer in Law and the School's Director of Employability. Before moving to academia, she worked as a solicitor in regional and City firms and also spent a period working in-house. Working closely with the University's careers service, employers, and other colleagues in the School, Roseanne leads on ensuring that the School's learning and extra-curricular activities enhance graduate employability and help students achieve their individual career aspirations.
Michael Ford QC
Professor Michael Ford QC joined the Law School in 2015 and specialises in labour law, human rights and public law. He is a QC in private practice at Old Square Chambers and a fee-paid Employment Judge. He oversees advocacy activities in the School, with selection of inter varsity teams and supervision of their training a key part of this role.
Oliver is a Reader in Law, specialising in areas such as Medical Law, Criminal Law and Public Health Law investigating Patient Safety. As well as teaching on undergraduate and postgraduate units, Oliver also responsible for coordinating the Distinguished Alumni lecture series.
Jo is the School's Employability Adviser, providing bespoke and tailored advice for Law students on all aspects of their career. Jo also delivers targeted events and workshops alongside support from the central Careers Service.
