Library Services during the COVID-19 crisis

Your online ‘one-stop shop’ for information and support.

With all of our physical libraries and study centres now closed in line with government advice and university guidance, we want to reassure you that the Library is still here for you online. We aim to make this page your ‘go to’ destination for at-a-glance links to the many online resources and means of help and support that we offer.

Please don’t worry about returning any print books or other materials that you currently have on loan. If you are unsure about anything relating to your ongoing use of library resources we will do what we can to help - just get in touch.

Freely available resources

Many publishers are providing temporary additional access to online resources, including ebooks, ejournals, and databases to help support you during the period of the Covid-19 outbreak.

Study skills

The Study Skills team are running online tutorials and workshops for all students. We also have interactive online resources, including a new resource about working well from home.

Suggest a book purchase

Send us your book purchase suggestion and help us develop the library collection to meet your reading needs. Also keep in touch with your subject librarian who will continue to offer you subject support.
