BN member receives prestigious Royal Society award

Professor Kei Cho, Chair of Neuroscience in the University’s School of Clinical Sciences, received the Royal Society Wolfson Research Merit Award for his, "proven outstanding ability to undertake independent, original research." His research on synaptic plasticity and pathology in the brain is important for understanding and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease.
