Designed for graduates who wish to combine leading-edge knowledge in management practices with advanced multi-disciplinary modelling and optimisation techniques, developed from the needs of the aerospace industry.
This MSc provides an in-depth theoretical understanding and practical knowledge of advanced composite materials. It is based in the Advanced Composites Centre for Innovation and Science (ACCIS), one of the world's leading centres in composite materials, which houses a number of state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities.
The department's research is organised via cross-faculty research groups. In Aerospace Engineering there are three major interest groups: fluid flow and aerodynamics; Advanced Composites Centre for Innovation and Science (ACCIS); dynamics and control.
The Department of Aerospace Engineering has a number of exciting research projects as part of the new MScR in Global Environmental Challenges. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
